The results of the Punjab Assembly elections on February 8 have been announced.The Election Commission has officially released the results of 296 seats.The result of Punjab Assembly is shocking in terms of independent candidates.Because according to the Punjab Assembly election results, 138 independent candidates have won the most seats.

The political mantra of the Punjab Assembly reflects that the highest number of 138 seats have been won by independent candidates supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
While PML-N has secured 137 seats in the second position, Pakistan Peoples Party has secured 10 seats. on the other hand PML- Q secured eight seats, IPP and PML- Z wins only one one seats. Apart from this, Tehreek-e-Labaik has also won one seat.
Even though the party has not been able to secure a simple majority, no party is currently in a position to form a single government in Punjab.

On the other hand, if we talk about the election results of the National Assembly, according to the sources, the newly elected Azad members have joined the Muslim League-N on Saturday.These include some candidates who want to join other parties who were rejected by the PTI and issued tickets to other candidates.
The results of 257 out of 265 seats in the National Assembly have been officially announced.Which shows that so far 102 seats have been won by independent candidates while PML-N has won 79 seats and PPP has won 54 seats.
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had Secured 17 seats, on the other hand the PML-Q had three. The JUI-F and Istehkam-i-Pakistan Party had secured three and two seats, respectively. MWM and BNP had won onle one seats.
